Step-by-Step Ice Cream Making Method

Step 1: Prepare the Ice Cream Mix

Ingredients: Start by putting the ice cream powder into a clean container. Then, add water at about 40°C.

  • Ratio: For every 1 kilogram of ice cream powder, mix it with 2.5-3 kilograms of purified water.
  • Optional Additions: If desired, you can add milk, sugar, flavorings, or other ingredients to enhance the flavor.

Mixing: Stir the ingredients well until everything is evenly combined, ensuring a smooth mixture for optimal ice cream texture.

Step 2: Prepare the Ice Cream Machine

  • Turn On: Switch on the power for your machine.
  • Load the Mixture: Pour the ice cream mixture into the feeder, ensuring it gradually enters the mix cylinder. Be careful not to exceed the max fill line to avoid overflow during the freezing process.

Step 3: Freezing Process

  • Press the "Refrigeration" Button: After loading the mixture, press the “Refrigeration” button to start the cooling process.
    • Digital Countdown: The digital screen will show a countdown, indicating when the machine is preparing to start the freezing cycle.
    • Compressor Start: After about 3 minutes, the compressor will automatically begin, and the machine will start freezing the mixture.

Step 5: Cleaning and Repeating

  • Cleaning the Machine:
    • Loosen the Locking Nut: Release the front cover locking nut and press the "Clean" button.
    • The beater will gradually push the ice cream out, which you can then collect and store in the freezer.
  • Re-tighten the Front Cover: After cleaning, secure the front cover back in place.
  • Repeat: Simply feed the mixture again and repeat the process to make more ice cream.
