The hammer crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the crushing material operation. When working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, the material evenly enters the crusher cavity, the high-speed rotating hammerhead impacts, shears and tears the material to cause the material to be crushed, at the same time, the gravity of the material itself makes the material rush from the high-speed rotating hammerhead to the baffle and sieve strip in the frame, and the material larger than the size of the sieve hole is blocked on the sieve plate to continue to be hit and ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required discharge particle size, and then discharged outside the machine through the sieve plate.
