Pasteurizer is a new type of sterilization and cooling machine which is successfully developed by our company in combination with the production process of domestic food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries by absorbing foreign advanced technology. The series of sterilization and cooling machines are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and advanced control instruments.
Compared with the current indigenous method (sterilization pool), the labor intensity is low, the labor force is less, the degree of automation is high, the temperature can be automatically controlled within 80-100 ℃, the temperature difference between the upper and lower layers is small, the product quality is easy to control, the product fully meets the GMP, HACCP certification requirements, sanitary and efficient, is the ideal equipment for vegetable food processing industry.
Working Principle
The heating system is mainly composed of automatic temperature control valve, globe valve, manual fine-tuning valve, temperature sensor, display screen, etc.The equipment adopts steam heating, the water temperature quickly reaches the predetermined temperature, which is conducive to saving energy and reducing noise, and the service life is relatively long.Temperature display instrument can adjust the size of steam, so as to ensure the tank water temperature difference is small, sterilization effect.The temperature sensor can monitor the temperature value in all directions.
Heating method：
The heating method of this machine can be customized ,such as natural gas, steam, electricity .and the capacity also can be
customized .
Cooling machine：
Function: to cool the sterilized products with ice water. Spray cooling method is adopted.
Features: using food grade
materials, safe and reliable, no pollution. The chiller is used to cool the water. The water is connected to the chiller through
the water pipe. The hot water in the water tank is circulated to the chiller to cool the water. Water is sprayed onto the product
by water pump to cool down. The water can be recycled with water replenishing function.
Air drying machine：
Function: to remove the surface excess water of the packing bags ,bottles ,cans,jars, but also can quickly cool down,convinent for next packing,Features: big air volume, big capacity, good moisture removing effort, good for packing.
