The equipment is a roller parallel roller plate leveling machine, mainly composed of rack part, working roller part, cross beam,pressure mechanism, main transmission part, dry oil centralized lubrication system,foundation, used for Leveling line. The main body of the machine adopts a four-column frame structure, the lower working roll is fixed to the lower seat, and the upper working
roll is fixed to the moving beam. Through the drive of the reducer and the worm gear and the worm gear of the lower mechanism, the upper working roll can be tilted to a certain Angle. To ensure the leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower working rollers are equipped with supporting rollers. The working roller is driven by the main motor through the reducer.All operations of the machine
are centrally controlled on the operating table. The display device shows the lifting amount of the upper working roll. The friction parts of the main engine adopts centralized oil lubrication by dry oil lubrication pump. The electrical control system adopts the advanced frequency converter control system. All the actions of the machine are on the operating console panel, with the advantages of simple, convenient.safe and reliable operation.
