Product Usage

The raw material is added into the hopper and pressed under the push of the screw. The pressed juice flows into the juice collector at the bottom through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the annular void formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating.

Installation operation and maintenance 

1. The machine must be installed horizontally and fixed with foundation screws.

 

2. Operation: when the equipment is started, the pressure head should be adjusted to make the annular clearance to the maximum, and then the clearance is gradually reduced to meet the process requirements.

Then fix the position of the handwheel bearing seat with the brake.

3, the feeding must be uniform, it is forbidden to enter the hopper hard foreign matter, so as not to damage the screen. In this case, the net is washed once more, and all the machines are cleaned with hot water after the pressing is finished.

 

4. Maintenance: the filter must be washed with water and a brush after each shift. If more fine filter fiber juice, depending on the production situation.
