Liquid nitrogen tunnel quick freezer

Liquid nitrogen freezer are suitable for all kinds of product, both IQF and block freezing. Our liquid nitrogen freezers are widely used in seafood, poultry, fruits, vegetable, ready meals, cooked products, etc. Liquid nitrogen freezer has much lower freezing temperature down to -196°C, instead of using hours, liquid nitrogen freeze the food in only few minutes. Quick freezing
makes smaller ice crystal and preserve the cells and texture. Therefore, it makes the frozen foods has the same quality as fresh ones.

The liquid nitrogen quick freezing process is considered to have obvious advantages:

1. The extremely fast cooling speed is about 30 times faster than that of the compressor, allowing food to quickly pass through the maximum ice crystal growth zone from 0°C to -5°C, preventing ice crystals from piercing the cell wall and reducing the outflow of juice.

2. Gasified nitrogen does not oxidize food and does not affect color.

3.uIntegral lifting body design: the inner and outer chambers are formed by shearing, bending and double-sided welding of sus304 food-grade stainless steel plates. The stress-bearing position is supplemented by reinforcing ribs
and Teflon to ensure long-term. 4.Equipment maintenance: The lifting system is a mechanical lifting structure, using a motor plus a worm gear, with good synchronization, and an automatic locking device to ensure the safety of the equipment.
