The Liquid Nitrogen Tunnel Quick Freezer is designed for fast freezing of various products, offering both IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) and block freezing options. It is commonly used in the food industry, including seafood, poultry, fruits, vegetables, ready meals, and cooked products. By using liquid nitrogen with a freezing temperature of -196°C, this freezer can freeze products in minutes, significantly reducing the freezing time compared to traditional methods. This quick freezing process helps preserve the texture and quality of the food, making it almost identical to fresh products.
Product Features:
Extremely Fast Cooling Speed: The freezing speed is approximately 30 times faster than that of traditional compressors, allowing food to pass quickly through the maximum ice crystal growth zone (0°C to -5°C). This prevents the formation of large ice crystals that could damage cell walls and cause juice loss.
Non-Oxidizing Process: The gasified nitrogen used in the freezer does not oxidize the food, preserving its natural color and texture.
Integral Lifting Body Design: The inner and outer chambers of the freezer are made from SUS304 food-grade stainless steel. These chambers are formed using shearing, bending, and double-sided welding techniques, with reinforcing ribs and Teflon added to ensure durability and long-term performance.
Equipment Maintenance: The lifting system is powered by a motor and worm gear, ensuring good synchronization. The system includes an automatic locking device for enhanced safety.
