  • Features automatic feeding, measurement, packing, and LCD display.
  • Stirring speed: 1020 rev/min.
  • Blade line speed: less than 15 m/s.
  • Weighing accuracy: ±0.4%, surpassing the Ministry of Railways requirement of ±1%.
  • Stirring data can be recorded and accessed at any time for historical analysis.

Automatic & Manual Modes:

  • Automatic water addition (90% or 80%) and subsequent addition of slurry and cement.
  • Manual override allows for individual work procedure completion if needed.

Vacuum Pump:

  • Maximum vacuum of -0.097, exceeding the Ministry of Railways’ standard of -0.092.

Continuous Working Mode:

  • Pressure remains stable with no fluctuation.
  • Slurry pumping is free of bubbles.
  • Theoretical workload: 4.5 to 10 cubic meters/hour.

DYL90-Speed Grouting Pump:

  • Step-less pressure control, adjustable freely for precise grouting.
  • Pressure gauge range: 1.6 MPa, with a minimum scale value of less than 0.1 MPa.
  • Pressure stability and accurate measurement in the 25% to 75% range of the pressure gauge.

Working Procedure:

  1. Automatic Water Addition: The system adds 90% (or 80%) water automatically.
  2. High-Speed Mixing: The machine runs for 2 minutes, mixing slurry, cement, and other materials.
  3. Final Addition of Water: The remaining 10% (or 20%) of water is added, followed by 2 minutes of stirring.
  4. Discharge: The mixture is discharged into the storage tank with a mixing function to reserve.
