It's a flexible assembly and transfer line designed for manual hand-push or optional motorized movement, used to move tooling boards, parts and work-in-progress between workstations. Typical applications include factories, workshops, production lines and logistics operations.
Frames and components are available in steel tube, stainless steel and aluminum alloy to suit different strength, corrosion-resistance and hygiene requirements.
Standard tooling board/line widths offered include 300, 400, 500, 600 and 800 mm. Other dimensions can be customized to match your process layout.
The basic design supports hand-push operation (ball table/roller for low-friction transfer). Motorized versions are also available; selectable power modules range from 60 W up to 2,200 W depending on configuration.
Multiple voltage options are supported: 110/120/220/230/240/380/440 V. Specify the required voltage when ordering.
Standard delivery is typically between 7 and 20 days, depending on customization, order size and current production schedule.
Yes. The product supports customization of length, width, materials, roller/ball types, power/motorization, ESD grounding, connectors for other conveyors and integration with downstream/upstream equipment.
A ball table provides omnidirectional, low-friction transfer—ideal for rotating or reorienting tooling boards and light parts, ergonomic manual push, and quick indexing between stations. Choose it when you need flexible, easily guided manual transfers or simple automated merges.
Load capacity depends on the selected frame material, roller/ball specification and overall configuration. The line can be built for light to medium duty operations; for heavy-duty requirements we will specify reinforced frames and larger rollers—contact sales with your part weight and footprint for a rated capacity.
Optional safety items include side guards, stoppers/brakes, emergency stops for motorized sections and ESD grounding/ESD-safe rollers or coatings. Specify required safety/ESD protections during ordering.
The system is modular and designed for straightforward assembly. Basic hand tools are usually sufficient. On-site installation, commissioning and training are available as optional services—contact customer service to arrange.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning debris from rollers/balls, periodic lubrication of bearings (if applicable), checking fasteners and replacing worn rollers/balls or bearings. We recommend a visual inspection weekly and a more thorough check quarterly, depending on usage.
Yes. Common spare parts such as rollers, balls, bearings, motor drives and fasteners are available. Contact customer service with your model and part requirements.
Yes. The line can be configured to interface with PVC belt conveyors, curve conveyors, automated lines, workbenches and other plant equipment. Provide interface dimensions and conveyor types for a smooth integration design.
Contact customer service with your requirements—material, width, length, load, voltage and any customization or accessories. They will provide options, lead time (typically 7–20 days) and pricing.
