1.Leafy vegetable:spring onion,garlic sprout,leek,celery,cabbage. By changing the speed pf blade rotation and belt speed,the slicing thickness can be adjused.
2.Vegetable root:onion,carrots,potato,sweet potato,bamboo shoot,eggplant,cucumber.
