The single axis shredder is mainly composed of a blade spindle, a fixed blade, a bearing box, a box bracket, a feeding system, a hydraulic pushing system, a power system, and an electrical control system. Mainly used for tearing up waste materials such as wood, rubber, plastic, paper, etc.Product StructureMain componentsMain frame and casingThe main frame serves as the supporting structure for the entire device, supporting various components of the shredder. The casing covers the outside of the main frame, protecting internal mechanical components and reducing noise and vibration.Rotating blades and fixed bladesThe shredder contains a set of rotating blades and fixed blades inside. Rotating blades are usually fixed on the spindle and driven by an electric motor to rotate at high speed.
