Introduction of JCD150

>> JCD150 Full Hydraulic Portable Drilling Rig is a kind of light rig designed for geological exploration in remote area difficult to enter.

>> It is mainly suitable for diamond drilling with wire line coring technique. The rig consists of diesel power unit, hydraulic
system, control panel, mast, main winch, wireline winch, drill head, feed system, footclamp, etc.

>> The rig is completely hydraulic driven for all its surface coring function. Fission style design makes the rig in good assemblability and disassemblability, facilitating transportation to most inaccessible areas. Robust structure plus exact control system ensures high penetration rate and outstanding reliability.

>> JCD150 can be operated in unconsolidated layer, and the slag can be discharged under by mud,It suitable for drilling complicated geological conditions.

Rotary Head

The rotary head with imported cycloid motor has large torque and long service life, and avoid the stuck drilling. The drilling speed can be adjusted flexibly according to different rock formations. The imported rotary seal has good sealing performance and long service life. The water swivel can realize both mud and air drilling.

Control Panel

Full hydraulic control, integrated operation console, manual direct-controlled hydraulic operating system has reliable performance, simple maintenance, and easy operation of the drilling rig. It's designed for quick feeding and lifting operations, reducing auxiliary time and improving work efficiency.

Hydraulic Winch

Equipped with a 1.5-ton hydraulic winch with strong lifting capacity, large rope capacity and stable operation, which facilitates the lifting of drilling tools and heavy objects, and improves work efficiency.

Hydraulic Clamp

The hydraulic clamp is convenient to release the drill pipe and joint by the way of hydraulic-controlled clamping up and down, which improves the work efficiency.

Optional 5-cylinder gripper for fast loading and unloading drill pipe, with the protective cage/screen for high safety.

Crawler

Equipped with the construction machinery four-wheel-belt crawler chassis, which has good structural strength. The widened crawler has advantage of stable walking, strong climbing ability and is more stable during drilling operation.

also makes the feeding hydraulic cylinder system realize its full stroke feeding in both higher and lower speed.

>> It's a hydraulic rotary drilling rig with directional circulation. It can equipped with BW160 mud pump which adopts the slurry
as the washing fluid and can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with suitable drilling bit.
>> The power of drilling rig comes from a Huadong engine,40kw engine drives the large displacement high pressure plunger pump and
it is characterized by powerful dynamic and stable performance.
