Automatic Macaroni Pasta Maker Machine that can produce sheet of pasta or other shapes changing the dies - hourly production of 120-150kg & 280-300kg about of sheet of pasta - the attachment of the winding mod. BS/ (bobbin-boy) allows for the production of sheets of pasta which can be subsequently feed the ravioli, cappelletti and agnolotti machines, too (furnished only on request) - equipped with a cutter for short cuts and drier with two frames - water cooling system on the extruder head and fan - equipped with one die for sheet of pasta - equipped with anti-accident devices - machine painted or stainless steel version.

1. Extuder  

Extruding and inflating technology is the key and character of DLG110, which is also the most popular and high food technology. After extruding, the starch processed α transformation. The volume expands, and water solidity increase, thus easy to be digested.

In the process of inflation, the materials in the sealed roller are pushed by the screw, getting the high pressure and the cutting force, as well as the heat energy from roller outside, and become gelatinous, meanwhile change original physical and chemical attribute, structure α starch. While lowing the pressure of the materials next to the exit, plastic gel is extruded out and instantly cools and geometrical shapes, by means of changing the moulds.

2. Oven  

The oven is used to dry the products. The moister in the food which come out of the extruder is about 12-18%. With the dry of the dryer, the moister can get down below 10% and this is easy to be storage for long time.

There are heating system and convey system. Some times there is also blower here in order to dry the food fast according to the condition. The heating way is using electric. With heating by heating pipe and the air flow, the moister can be taken out of the food. The belt is driven by the chain while the motor are driven by the transducer, so this is working steady.

There are several cooling fan on the uphill,which will help cool the product before into the oven.

Pasta will dried by the oven then prepare for the packing.
