Features of gantry shearing machine

1. In view of the wear characteristics of relevant parts of the gantry shearing machine, high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel plates are installed on the inner wall of the pressing device, gantry frame and pushing box to effectively extend the service life of the equipment.2. Adopt independent circulation oil return filtration and cooling unit, the oil tank has high and low liquid level alarm function and oil temperature heating device. The filtration accuracy is 20 microns, and the cooling system is water cooling.3. The friction pair of the shear slider guide rail of the gantry shearing machine is made of high-strength wear-resistant copper alloy plate and quenched alloy steel plate. The shear slider guide rail adopts automatic lubrication. The shear cylinder automatically lubricates for 10 seconds every 30 shears. The user can also adjust the lubrication time as needed (touch screen setting). In order to prevent dry friction from damaging the guide rail, the equipment is equipped with an automatic shutdown function when the lubrication oil is cut off.
