It is an ideal machine to produce superior quality gummy candy of single color and double color; By change-over molds or depositors, different color and different shape of gummy can be also produced. The on-line mixer achieves the quantitative dosing and mixing of the flavor, color and acid. Part 1: Cooking System
Cooking system is consists of jacket cooker and storage tank.Jacket cooker can dissolve sugar and maltose rapidly, reach full uniform effects of dissolving Storage tank is used to storage liquid and decrease the temperature of liquid.
Part 2 : Depositing System
High accuracy fabrication technology for deposit piston and copper makes the same candy weight.Flavor and color mixer can effectively mix flavor color and other ingredients.The an oil-spraying machine makes the candy easier to demold.
Part 3 : Cooling System
The cooling system is used to cool the temperature of the candy.Stable running with low noise and long life. it is much stronger than other factory with 1mm or 2mm thickness frame.
Part 4 : Sugar Roller machine
The cooled gummy passes through a conveyor belt to a sugar roller machine, which pours powdered sugar into the machine, then turns to coat the gummy evenly, reducing the viscosity of the candy
