The DME Series Electrostatic Oil Fume Purifier utilizes high-voltage electrostatic adsorption technology to collect and purify oil mist and fume, making it ideal for high-concentration applications. This purifier is designed for use in machining centers, such as CNC lathes, to efficiently collect, recover, and purify oil mist.

1. High-Quality Purification Electrodes
Construction: The collection plate is made from 0.8mm thick aviation aluminum (most competitors use 0.5-0.6mm). This increased thickness improves the collection efficiency and strength, reducing deformation and enhancing resistance to oxidation.
Enhanced Durability: The stepped concave-convex design enhances the plate’s performance and longevity.
High-Conductivity Electrodes: The high-voltage conductive aluminum tube has a 10mm outer diameter and 6mm inner diameter, offering better conductivity and increased oxidation resistance compared to the market standard of 8mm outer diameter.
2. German-Quality High Voltage Power Supply
Stable & Efficient: Developed in collaboration with a professional German supplier, the high-voltage power supply ensures high stability, safety, and energy efficiency.
Two Operating Modes:
Positive High Voltage: Adjustable range of +12kV to +18kV (ionization) and 4kV to 6kV (purification).
Negative High Voltage: Adjustable range of -12kV to -18kV (ionization) and -4kV to -6kV (purification).
3. Working Principle
Dual Purification Structure: Combines mechanical filtration and electrostatic adsorption for efficient oil fume collection.
Primary Filter: Captures larger dust particles and oil mist.
Electrostatic Adsorption: Fine particles are charged and attracted to the electrode plates, ensuring high-efficiency purification with reduced cleaning frequency.
Electrostatic Purification: Based on Coulomb's Law, oil mist particles are polarized or charged and then driven towards the electrode plates, where they are collected and purified.
