Feeding unit
1.With servo press-free leading edge feeding,it has the characteristics of high precision, high stability, non-crushing cardboard, ensuring the compressive strength of cardboard and low noise.2.The servo press-free leading edge is driven by multiple rows of sun wheels, and each row of paper feed wheels is independently driven by a servo motor, achieve zero compression damage to the cardboard corrugated, and ensure the original compressive strength of the cardboard. 3.The leading edge of the left and right baffles, push cardboard, the position of the rear stop box are all electrically adjusted, convenient and time-saving.4.HD display can control the paper feeding department, printing department, die cutting department, order storage up to 1000 single.5.The main power motor uses frequency conversion technology, stable start and stop, and saves about 30% energy consumption in production
Printing unit
1.Centralized lubrication device, each group of printing with small drying,Guarantee printing effect.2.All shaft rollers are corrected by computer dynamic balance, eliminating centrifugal force, grinding and finishing, ensuring stable high-speed operation.3.Printing department choose ceramic anilox roller, using Yuncheng plate making Group brand ceramic roller,doctor blade use Guangdong Xingguan brand.4.The printing phase is adjusted by all-electric control. (Run, stop, can be adjusted)5.Three planetary precision phase gears are constructed. Triangular design, the distribution structure is more stable, and the adjustment accuracy is extremely high.
Slotter unit
1.Single shaft double slotting knife, box height using internal tooth structure, so that oil is not easy to pollute the cardboard.2.The first pre-creasing wheel, the cardboard after the creasing line is not easy to crush.3.The outer surface of the upper pressing wheel is wrapped with rubber, which will not damage the cardboard.4.The adjustment gap of the pressure line and prepressure wheel adopts electric adjustment structure, and the adjustment range is 0-12mm.5.The slotted tool holder transverse movement adjustment mechanism adopts high-precision screw with linear guide rail to make the movement more lively and accurate.6.The position of pre-creasing wheel, creasing wheel, slotted cutter seat and box height are automatically adjusted by touch screen. 8 axes and 10 high-precision lead screws cooperate with linear guide rails to make the movement smooth and the position accurate.
Die cutter unit
1.The anvil roller is made of high quality steel material, surface grinding and hard chrome plating.2.Balance correction to increase running stability.3.Electric adjustment of die roll gap, PLC control.4. Phase adjustment device, planetary gear type construction. 5.The die cutting phase is controlled by servo, controlled by touch screen and electric digital 360-degree adjustment (operation and stop can be adjusted); Orders can be stored.6.The electric transverse adjustment device of the die roll, the adjustment distance is 10mm.7.Automatic grinding device. 8.Die cutting anvil roller speed difference compensation device (independent drive rubber cushion roller) : always keep the rubber cushion roller line speed consistent with the speed of the main machine, so that the die cutting size is consistent, compensation range ±3mm.9. Independent servo drive of die roll to avoid poor printing effect caused by die cutting impact.
