1. The feeding rollers which we use is stainless steel. 
2. And the ball bearing roller is inside the feeding rollers which is very convenient to feed the steel coil into it.

3. Hand wheels on both sides can be used to adjust the feeding width.

Roll Forming System

1. Frame: 350H steel,with 20mm middle plate support.
2. Roller material: 45# steel with quenched treatment and hard chroming .
3. Shaft diameter: 70mm,solid.
4. Shaft material: 45# steel with tempering treatment.

Hydraulic Cutting Device

1. Blade material: Cr12, with quenched treatment.
2. Hydraulic power: 5.5kw.
3. Cutting tolerance: ±1mm.
4. With fan cooling on the oil pump.
