The Automatic Production High-End Configuration RO 1000L/h Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System with EDI is designed to offer high efficiency and low operational costs. It is widely used for water treatment across various industries due to its easy operation, compact design, and high desalting rates. This system uses advanced reverse osmosis technology to remove contaminants, producing high-quality water with low electric conductivity.

High Desalting Rate: Desalting rate ≥99% with the machine desalting rate ≥97%. It removes 98% of organic matter, colloids, and bacteria.
High-Quality Output: Finished water under excellent electric conductivity with stages that can reach ≤0.5μs/cm (based on raw water ≤300μs/cm).
Automatic Operation: Features high operational automation, automatically stopping when water is sufficient and starting when no water is detected. Includes timed flushing of front filtering materials.
Advanced Imported Parts: Over 90% of the system’s components are imported for enhanced reliability and performance.

Automatic Filter Valve Head: Corrosion-resistant, ensuring reliable function for simultaneous water supply and separate flushing.
Raw Water Pump: Durable corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, equipped with cemented carbide and fluorine rubber mechanical seals for longevity.
RO Reverse Osmosis Membrane: Uses DOW imported membranes, ensuring stable water quality and minimizing maintenance costs.
High-Pressure Pump: Powered by Nanfang Pump Industry for reliable and stable performance.
