Wooden Pier Machine

Product Description:

The Wooden Pier Machine is designed for processing waste wood materials, such as wood shavings, wood chips, rotten boards, branches, and other wood-based waste. The process begins with screening and classifying the raw materials to remove metal and other hard debris that could damage the machine. After that, the raw materials are crushed (if the material is less than 5*5mm, crushing is not necessary), then dried in a dryer. The dried material is mixed with glue in a glue mixing machine, after which it is formed using a hydraulic press to create the wooden pier products. Finally, the finished products are cut into small cubes based on customer specifications.

This machine is highly efficient in converting waste wood materials into valuable wooden pier products, making it suitable for various industrial applications requiring wood-based materials.
