Working Principle of Sugar Cone Making Machine

The mixed flour paste is fed to the baking plant by feeding pump and close the plate,adjust the temperature, put it into the oven.After baking, it is transported to the mould of rolling. Finally, the finished product falls from the discharge hole.

Processing Flow of Chocolate Filled Bite Size Cone:

Prepare ingredients -- Mix ingredients into smooth batter -- Open the lid of baking plates -- Pour batter onto baking plates -- Close the lid -- Start baking to form a biscuit sheet -- Roll the sheet into an ice cream cone. Conveying of mini chocolate cones -- Arranging neatly -- Melting chocolate -- Keeping chocolate warm to prevent solidification -- Filling chocolate into mini cones -- Cones forming -- Packing into bags.
