Cooking and Mixing Section:
The initial stage is responsible for cooking and mixing ingredients, with flexibility to accommodate various base technologies for different candy bars (e.g., fondant, caramel, mixed cereal, jelly, and more).
Bar Forming Section:
This unit handles the sheet forming, caramel depositing, nuts mixing, cooling, slitting, and guillotining processes. It shapes the candy bars by combining the core materials, which are sheeted by chilled rollers and mixed with nuts before cooling and shaping.
Chocolate Enrobing and Cooling Unit:
After forming, the candy bars move to the chocolate enrobing line, where an optional chocolate coating is applied. This unit provides a smooth coating for those products requiring it.
Automatic Conveying and Flow Packing Unit:
The final stage includes an automatic system for conveying and packing the finished products.
