Advantages
Use hydraulic drive system to ensure the stationarity of mechanical drive shaft. Reasonable spindle system design and manufacturing crafts ensure the radial and axial runout of the main shaft within 0.015 mm. The tool holder base adopts “V” groove guide rail to realize the matching movement with the workbench.
Guide rail surface is processed by high frequency treatment, use CNC fixed beam gantry guide for further grinding, then scrapped by professional personnels that makes the movement of workbench enable to achieve better characteristics of friction reduction, wear-resisting and shockproof.
A slow buffer design adopt to oil path control of grinding wheel feed, which can effectively prevents sudden collision among the blades when the grinding wheel is working, improves usage life of grinding wheels and the quality of produced product.
