6. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no strict MOQ — we accept single-unit orders as well as larger quantities.
7. How long does delivery and customization take?
Most standard items are dispatched quickly. For customized orders, typical production time is 7–30 days depending on the complexity. Exact lead time will be confirmed at order.
8. What packaging and shipping protections are used?
We pack steering wheels in a protective specification carton with foam inserts. Typical carton dimensions are 42 × 42 × 17 cm to ensure safe transit.

We provide a 30-month warranty starting after transportation. For quality issues we offer free replacement. We also provide installation tutorials and technical support for customers.

Yes — we provide installation tutorials and an installation guide. Technical support is available if you need help during installation.
15. How should I care for and clean the carbon fiber steering wheel?
Clean with a soft microfiber cloth and mild automotive interior cleaner or soapy water. Avoid harsh solvents, abrasive pads and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. For leather or stitched areas follow the leather-care product instructions.
