A high-performance automatic inkjet printer designed for indoor and outdoor advertising and wide-format applications. It supports sublimation inks, CMYK color printing, DX5/DX7/XP600 print heads, and automatic media feeding and take-up for efficient production.
There are three item models: Lz-1301 (maximum width 1350 mm), Lz-1601 (maximum width 1550 mm), and Lz-1801 (maximum width 1850 mm).
The printer is compatible with DX5, DX7 and XP600 print head options, providing flexible choices for quality and speed.
It uses ECO-DYE sublimation inks and supports 4-color CMYK printing to produce vibrant, full-color output suitable for a wide range of media.
Supported media include PP synthetic, PVC, backlit film, photo paper, sublimation paper, vinyl, banner flex and other roll or sheet media commonly used for signage and textiles.
Print speed depends on model and number of passes. For Lz-1301: 4pass = 9.5 m²/h, 6pass = 6.5 m²/h, 8pass = 4.75 m²/h. For Lz-1601: 4pass = 12 m²/h, 6pass = 8 m²/h, 8pass = 6 m²/h. For Lz-1801: 4pass = 13.5 m²/h, 6pass = 9 m²/h, 8pass = 7 m²/h. Lower pass counts give higher speed but lower image density/quality; higher pass counts increase detail and color saturation.
Image quality depends on the chosen print head (DX5/DX7/XP600), RIP settings and number of passes. The printer is engineered for high-quality output; using higher pass modes and appropriate RIP profiles yields finer detail and smoother gradients.
The printer is compatible with Maintop V5.35.5 and Photoprint RIP software. Supported PC operating systems include Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Power specification: maximum 1.7 A at 100–240 V (+10%), 50/60 Hz. Recommended operating environment: temperature 20°C–35°C and humidity 35%–65% RH.
Yes. It includes an automatic feeder and automatic take-up system, making it suitable for continuous roll printing and long runs.
Printer dimensions (L × W × H): Lz-1301 = 2275 × 750 × 1500 mm; Lz-1601 = 2500 × 750 × 1500 mm; Lz-1801 = 2795 × 750 × 1500 mm. Net weights: 150 kg, 190 kg and 200 kg respectively. Packing dimensions and gross weights vary by model (see product spec for exact packing sizes and gross weights).
Yes — the printer is designed for indoor and outdoor advertising. Outdoor durability depends on the combination of ink, media and post-print treatments (lamination or UV coating). Use outdoor-rated media and protective finishing for best weather resistance.
Routine maintenance includes regular printhead cleaning and capping station checks, periodic nozzle checks and flushing when needed, keeping the media path clean, and using recommended inks and filters. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule to maximize uptime and print quality.
Use recommended ECO-DYE sublimation inks and approved consumables for best performance. Contact your supplier or the manufacturer for original inks, spare parts (print heads, pumps, filters) and authorized service providers.
Professional installation and initial calibration are recommended for optimal results. Many suppliers offer on-site or remote setup and operator training.
