The Automatic Pressure Overflow Filler is commonly utilized in consumer packaging for products like spirits, wine, or cosmetics, where maintaining a consistent visual fill level is crucial. Here's how it works:

1. The product to be filled is stored in a stainless steel reservoir.

2. The product is then pumped into a manifold, which distributes it to each filling nozzle.

3. As the product is dispensed into each bottle, it reaches the desired fill level.

4. Any excess product or foam that exceeds the desired fill level is automatically overflowed back into the reservoir.

- Front panel bottle filling time adjustment through Timer.

- Front panel Start and Emergency STOP for easy access.

- Front panel nozzle code for changing nozzle quantities.

- Fiber optic sensors by Omron standard for container gating.

- Expandable to 20 nozzles for increased speed.

- Entry and exit bottle gating cylinders adjustable in multiple directions.

- Air filter-regulator and safety lockout valve included.

- Additional bottle control obtained by flow controls mounted on air gating cylinders.
