The vertical granule packaging machine is widely used in the packaging of various granular objects. It adopts touch screen operation, PLC control and drives a stepper motor to control the bag length. It has stable performance and easy adjustment. It can automatically complete bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting (printing batch numbers) and other functions.

Suitable for metering and packaging of granular items in the food, hardware, chemical and cosmetics industries.

2. Chinese and English touch screen (human-machine interface): realizes various operations and function displays, making operation easier.
 

3. Suitable for a variety of packaging materials: polypropylene/polyethylene, aluminum foil, polyester/aluminized, nylon/reinforced polyethylene, paper, etc.
4. Intelligent temperature controller and PID adjustment ensure that the temperature error range is controlled within 1°C.

5. Emergency stop button, the machine will stop immediately if there is an abnormality, and a protective cover is added to protect the human body from injury. 6. By replacing the formers and measuring cups of different sizes, materials of different specifications can be packaged.
