Plastic PET bottles Recycling Line
1. PET bottle recycling washing line is mainly used for crushing, washing plastic bottles, plastic barrels, coca cola bottles,
mineral water bottles into PET flakes.
2. The whole production line reasonably structured, high degree automation, low electric energy consumption, high capacity, good clean effect, long using life.
3. Final product PET flakes can be used for chemical fiber factory after this line, and used for producing PET strap, no need to do any treatment.
4. Product capacity range is 500-6000 kg/hr
5. Size of final product can be adjusted according to change crusher screen mesh.

Function:
Break the compressed bottle bales into loose bottles, easy for the following recycling process
Bottle label removing machine
Function:
Remove the bottles labels and part of caps, pre-washing bottles.
The caps of PET bottles are usually made of PP and PE materials, caps are poorly compatible with PET, which will cause the performance of the machine to decrease during granulation.
Labels are usually made of PVC, which has poor thermal stability and will decompose when heated. labels will affect the quality of the final PET particles.
Dry separation/ Trommel:
Function:
Removal many of the solid contaminants (sand, stones, etc.), and represents the first dry cleaning step of the process.
Sorting conveyor with metal detector
Function:
Select and sort different kinds color plastic bottles, remove metal
Crusher
Function: Cut material into flakes, easy for washing and drying.

Floating washer:
Function: Washing and cleaning PET flakes

1. rinse the pieces of flakes or scraps in water 2, can use hot type washer to add chemical for washing

5. bottom screw can process sludge
Hot washer Tank
Material: all washer tank made of 304 stainless steel or even 316 stainless steel if needed
Function:
Clean PET flakes by hot water and chemical.
After hot washing, it’s easier to remove oil, glue.
Structure:
Outer layer: Carbon steel
Inner layer: stainless steel
Middle layer: rock wool for insulation
Caustic soda percentage:1-2%
Temperature of hot water:70-90 centigrade

Non-stop flakes feeding and loading out.

Function: Friction to clean the materials mechanically
