Main features of three-servo automatic mask machine：

The raw materials are automatically unfolded, automatically transported, the nose bridge is cut off, the edge of the mask is welded, ultrasonic fusion, forming and cutting, and ear wire welding are all made automatically, and the output is high; 2. Computer PLC programming control, servo drive, good running stability, low failure rate; 3. Automatic tension control, used for unwinding of non-woven fabric to ensure balanced feeding tension; 4. The optical fiber sensor detects the raw materials, avoids the lack of materials to produce defective products and reduces waste; 5. The welding point pattern of the mask body can be specified by the customer, and changing the mold can produce masks of different sizes and styles; 6. The whole machine adopts aluminum alloy structure, which is beautiful and firm without rust.
