It incorporates noise reduction technology to minimize noise pollution. By implementing noise reduction measures, the Centralized Silent Plastic Granulator significantly reduces the noise level during the plastic shredding process, providing a quieter working environment and reducing noise interference for workers and the surrounding environment. This type of crusher is widely used in the plastic recycling and processing industry, contributing to improving working conditions and reducing noise pollution.The Soundproof Plastic Granulator is an improvement over traditional plastic granulators, aiming to reduce noise levels and provide a more comfortable working environment. It offers five different knife holders to choose from (GB crusher, GP blade crusher, GY claw crusher, GD flat crusher, and GV crusher can all be upgraded to silent versions) to meet the diverse needs of customers in terms of material shredding and processing capacity.

Noise Reduction Measures:

1. Fully enclosed structure: The body of the plastic crusher is designed with a fully enclosed structure to block the propagation and diffusion of noise. The soundproofing materials used can absorb and reduce noise reflection and conduction, thus minimizing noise generation.2. Vibration damping devices: Anti-vibration feet and other damping devices are installed at the bottom of the crusher to reduce noise generated by vibration and resonance. These devices help to reduce the transmission of machine vibrations and lower the noise level.3. Acoustic insulation materials: The interior of the plastic crusher is lined with acoustic insulation materials to isolate and absorb noise sources. These materials effectively absorb vibrations and noise, reducing noise generation.4. 1.The entire line of crushers is equipped with Siemens electronic components to ensure equipment performance stability.2.Additional safety protection devices, such as current relays, motor overload protection, and phase sequence protection, are installed to enhance safety measures.

 03  Stainless steel Layer

The inner layer of the crusher is made of stainless steel material to prevent paint peeling and contamination of the raw materials caused by high-speed impacts during the crushing process.

 04   Feeding System

The crusher is equipped with a standard feeding system that eliminates the need for manual feeding. It automatically recycles and reuses the materials, significantly improving production efficiency.

 05  Power-assisted Cylinder

For hoppers with a power of 15HP or higher, a power-assisted gas spring is included as standard. For hoppers and screen frame supports with a power of 30HP or higher, a cylinder system is included as standard, helping to save manpower.
