 40 TPD wheat flour mill plant machines

  It is the small wheat  flour mill plant and the design is morden, operation is simple, maintenance is easy and covers little area.The process of flour making can be roughly divided into 3 sections:

• Cleaning part 

  To ensure the grains clean,the grain should be firstly put into certain machines like vibrating screen,destoner,magnetic separator,wheat scourer and etc. to remove impurities like small stones ,sands,earth and straw in it.

 • Milling part 

   To reduce the ash content and grade the milled flour,the main part of flour making machines like: roller mill, sifter, purifier, bran finisher,bran brusher and so on are indispensable.

 

 

 

  • Shipping Timeframes: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is before 28 May, 2025, depending on customs, Please note that due to high demand, some items may experience longer shipping times, which will be communicated at order confirmation email.
