This machine is integrated chicken scalding and plucking machine. The chickens are scalded fully automatically, when finish scalding, chickens will be put down into the plucker automatically, no need workers to do these job, saving much labor cost.
The scalder could be heated by either electric or steam, equipped with temperature setting, automatic heating and automatic temperature control system.

 

It fits for the slaughtering productivity 200 chickens per hour.
