Weighing Filling Machine
The machine adopts vibration feeding and weighing quantitative, with high filling accuracy.
The display shows the weight and counts automatically.
Vibrating plate
Vibrating plate made of 304 stainless steel,with is food grade.
The feeding of materials is driven by two different vibration frequencies, with high accuracy and speed.

Sealing temperature, film pulling speed and interval time can all be adjusted as required.
Bag Forming Structure
The film is passed through a custom formed structure, the sides of the film are overlapped, and the bag is formed after sealing.
One forming structure is only suitable for one width of film, if there are multiple width films, multiple forming structures need to be customized.
Vertical Sealing
After the bag is formed, it is automatically sealed vertically.
