Medium voltage indoor metal-clad panel -12 Type switch cabinet is three three-phase AC50Hz, rated voltage 12KV indoor power distribution equipment. As power plants, substations, industrial &mining enterprises to accept and distribute of electric energy to control, protect and monitor, circuits, etc. Can also be used to control the place of frequent operation.
KYN28-12 high-voltage switchgear is equipped with VS1 (ZN63) vacuum circuit breaker with high breaking capacity and low current cut-off value (it can also be equipped with VD4 vacuum circuit breaker produced by AB) as the main switch, with advanced, reasonable and compact structure. It has superior performance, safety and reliability, and has the "five-proof" interlocking function, meeting the requirements of technical standards such as IEC298 and GB3906.
Structure Description:
The indoor metal-clad panel are requested designed according to GB3906 and Ie 298. The whole switchgear can be extracted from the cabinet and spare parts (trolley) two components, Cabinet structure is made of aluminium deposited zine plate or galvanized plate bolted combination forming a metal partition separating the part of the circuit break room, main busbar room cable room and relay control room. and all metal construction were grounded,each compartment of the main circuit system has separate pressure release channel, in the cable compartment can be set to 40*6mm ground busbar.
Main characteristics
The cabinet structure is made of aluminum-zinc-coated sheets, which are bolted and processed by CNC machine tools using multiple bending processes;
All operations are carried out with the cabinet door closed;
The protection level is high, which can prevent the intrusion of debris and insect pests;
Simple and effective "five prevention" lockout to prevent misoperation;
Can be equipped with VS1 and VD4 vacuum circuit breakers;
It is easy to replace the circuit breaker, and the handcart interchangeability is good;
Reliable wall installation and front maintenance of the cabinet reduce the floor space;
The cable room has ample space and can connect multiple cables;
The circuit breaker room and the cable room can be equipped with heaters respectively to prevent condensation and corrosion.
It is widely used in various substations of power systems, power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-voltage power distribution.
Working Conditions
a. The Ambient temperature upper limit and lower limit are respectively +40°C and -40°C; (allowing storage and transportation at -30°C);
b. Altitude is not more than 1000m;
c. Relative humidity: daily average value should not be more than 95%, while monthly average value should not be more than 90% (+25°C);
d. Seismic intensity should be not more than 8°;
e. Places without fire, explosion risk, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
