It is equivalent to the electric locomotive head in railway transportation. It drives the train composed of mine car or man car on the track to complete the transportation of coal, gangue, materials, equipment, and personnel. The principal types of mine locomotive include diesel, battery, trolley, battery/trolley, and to a very small degree, the flywheel form, together with compressed air powered.
1. Mine Diesel Locomotives
Diesel Mine locomotives are designed as the prime mover for the horizontal rail track haulage of cargo and personnel in mines while the occurrence of coal dust and methane (CH4) in the ambient air (up to 1.5 %).
Application
The flameproof diesel locomotive is suitable for underground coal mines with gas and coal dust explosion hazards.
Main Features
● The diesel locomotive is flexible, easy to operate, comfortable to work, low cost, and low labor intensity.
● It is equipped with an exhaust gas purification device to eliminate pollution and ensure a good working environment.
Structure
The locomotive usually consists of 3 parts: two cabins and the center part(engine room). Both cabins are equipped with operating, control, and safety devices and might be removed during the transport of the locomotive to the underground. To be more specific, the mine locomotive with diesel engine is including diesel engine, body, Clutch, Gearbox, Working brake device, Cooling and purification device, and Circuit system.
Warning
1. The operating system and braking system of the locomotive is not normal and not allowed to drive;
2. The locomotive lights, signal lights, and horns are abnormal and not allowed to drive;
3. The instrument of the locomotive is abnormal, and the oil and water pipelines have seepage and leakage. Do not drive; 4. The diesel exhaust gas treatment box is cleaned every two days; 5. Check the fastening of the connecting bolts of the diesel engine and the gearbox before starting each shift.
CCG3.0/600 Diesel Locamotive
CCG3.0/600 mining diesel locomotive is a small rail-type tractor powered by a diesel engine, which is suitable for mining areas with rail transportation, especially mining areas with a lack of electricity and few spots. 2. Trolley Electric Locomotive
Mine trolley locomotive is designed for the horizontal rail track haulage in mines, for the moist and dusty environment without explosion hazard of coal dust and natural gas
Application
Transportation traction on the narrow rail for the field of coal, metallurgical industry, mining, forest, railway, road tunnel construction and etc.
Main Features
● Have good sticking and big traction.

● Less cost for maintenance, can avoid ring fire and burnt compared to DC driving.
Structure
The trolley electric locomotives are driven by two asynchronous electric motors with independent cooling and with speed regulation by frequency converter that guarantees both steady drive and braking. Braking is organized by two independent braking systems for both axles, electrodynamic brake – by electromotors and mechanical double-circuit brake, directly on the running wheel. The locomotive has one lockable cabin with a view and steering in both directions.

3. Battery Electric Locomotive
Battery electric locomotive is a kind of track traction equipment powered by batteries, which is generally used in mines. There are two types of battery electric locomotives, explosion-proof type(flameproof mining battery locomotive) and ordinary type mining battery locomotive. The flame proof mining battery locomotive is mainly used in coal mines. There are also many options in terms of speed regulation and braking methods. Speed control methods include resistance speed control, chopping speed control, and frequency conversion speed control. Braking methods include pure mechanical braking, hydraulic braking, and compressed air braking. In addition, electric braking can also be selected as an auxiliary braking method.
Application
They are designed for the horizontal rail track haulage in mines, for dusty environments with explosion hazards of coal dust and natural gas. And it can operate in a moist environment at ambient temperature from –10°C to +35°C.

100TPH Silica Sand Recovery Process
1. This setup is for the silica sand process, the size range of the silica sand is 0-2mm.
2. The Flowchart Explanation
3. The raw bin+electromagnetic feeder for feeding materials to the high-frequency vibration screen automatically, you only need to load the materials to the raw bin by truck or excavator or else as you want.
4. The high-frequency vibration screen is for separating the silica sand size 0-2mm to the attrition scrubber washer, +2mm will be the waste sand and move away by the belt conveyor.
5. The attrition scrubber washer is for washing the much sticky clay, then to the spiral wash machine wash again to make sure the materials are cleaner.
6. The slurry pump transports the clean materials to the spiral chute to separate the silica sand from other heavy materials.
7. The wet plate magnetic separator is for separating the magnetic minerals in the silica sand, making the silica sand more purity.
8. The capacity for this washing plant can be customized as per request such as 10tph, 50tph,100tph, etc.,
Notes:If the materials are not much sticky, will not need the attrition scrubber washer or spiral wash machine, and the quantiTy of the machines just for your reference, will depend on your capacity. The spiral chute will normally make two phases, the concentrate from the first phase spiral chute will to the second phase to concentrate again, that will make sure a higher grade and also release the workload of the magnetic separator.

This setup is for the silica sand process, the size range of the silica sand is 0-10mm, main machines as below. Hopper +
electromagnetic feeder > belt conveyor > rotary trommel screen > +0.5mm to ball mill, 0-0.5mm to spiral sand wash machine > spiral chute > slurry pump > wet plate magnetic separator > dewatering screen
Process Explanation
1. The hopper+electromagnetic feeder for feeding materials to the rotary trommel screen automatically, you only need to load the materials to the hopper by truck or excavator or else as you want.
2. The rotary trommel screen is for washing the silica sand and separating the size 0-0.5mm to the spiral sand wash machine, +0.5mm to the ball mill.
3. The ball mill is for grinding the +0.5mm size to 0-0.5mm then to the spiral sand wash machine.
4. The spiral sand wash machine is for washing and getting rid of the sticky clay in the silica sand, then to the spiral chute. 5. The slurry pump transports the clean materials to the spiral chute to separate the silica sand from other heavy materials.
6. The wet plate magnetic separator is for separating the magnetic minerals in the silica sand, making the silica sand more purity.
7. The dewatering screen is for drying the silica sand and recycling the water for the machines.
8. The capacity for this washing plant can be customized as per request such as 10tph, 50tph,100tph, etc
