Product Correction

After heat welding and take out from jig, the strcuture will shrink slightly, this process is for correcting the tolearance, ensure product compatibility.

4. Loading Test

The structure product fabricated by Foresight company will be sent to a specialized testing institutions for testing its compatibility and yield ratio.

· Point Load Test

We will test the structure UDL, 2nd point load, 3rd point load, 4th point load, 5th point load and CPL.

· Destruction Test

We will do destruction test for a batch of trusses to provide the yield point or break load. From 2 x WLL to complete destruction.
