This paddle shifter is designed for many Audi A1, A3 and A4 models across a wide range of years (commonly 2009–2021 in the compatibility list). Because year ranges vary by submodel and steering-wheel trim, please provide your vehicle model, year and VIN or a photo of your current paddles/steering wheel to confirm exact fitment.

Most of our paddle shifters are modified from original parts; OEM-style or genuine OEM steering-wheel variants can be provided on request. We offer custom/OEM/ODM options to match original appearance and function.

The paddles are made from Toray carbon fiber and are available in twill or plain weave finishes. Custom finishes may be available through OEM/ODM requests.
4. Do I need coding or professional installation after replacing the paddles?
Some Audi models require coding or software enabling after installation for full functionality. While many customers can replace paddles themselves, we recommend professional installation if you are not experienced with steering-wheel removal or vehicle coding. We provide installation guides and technical support.
5. What is included in the package when I order?
Packages include the carbon fiber paddle shifters and any supplied fasteners as applicable. Items are packed in specification carton + foam box for safe transit. If you ordered an OEM-style assembly, additional original parts included will be specified on your order confirmation.
6. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No. MOQ is unlimited / 1 MOQ — you can order a single unit or larger quantities depending on your needs.
7. What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
We provide a 30-month warranty after transportation. If you experience quality problems, we offer free replacement. We also provide installation tutorials and ongoing technical support to help resolve fitment or functionality issues.
8. Are the paddle shifters tested before shipment?
Yes. All products for sale go through testing before shipment to ensure fitment, finish and functionality.
9. How do I claim a replacement or warranty service if there is a problem?
Contact our after-sales support with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. For qualifying quality defects within the 30-month warranty period we will arrange repair or free replacement. Exact process and shipping arrangements will be provided by support.
10. How long does custom/OEM/ODM production take?
Lead time depends on order size and customization details. Small orders of standard paddles ship quicker, while custom OEM/ODM runs require additional tooling and approval and will take longer. Contact us with your requirements for an estimated lead time and production schedule.
11. Will installation affect my airbags or steering wheel controls?
Any work involving steering-wheel removal may involve disconnecting the airbag and steering-column wiring. To avoid damage or safety risks we strongly recommend professional installation or following the provided installation guide and safety precautions. If uncertain, seek an authorized technician.
12. Do these paddles require special tools to install?
Typical installation may require basic automotive hand tools (screwdrivers, Torx/Allen keys) and sometimes a torque wrench, depending on your vehicle. If coding is required, a diagnostic tool or dealer/software access will be needed. We include an installation guide and technical support.
13. How durable is the carbon fiber finish and how should I care for it?
Toray carbon fiber (twill or plain) is lightweight and durable; normal wear resistance is high. Clean with a soft microfiber cloth and mild automotive-safe cleaner. Avoid abrasive compounds and harsh chemicals that can damage clearcoat or resin.
14. What if the paddle shifters do not fit my steering wheel?
If there is a fitment issue, contact us with photos, part numbers (if available) and your VIN. We will verify compatibility and offer correct replacements or a return/exchange according to our after-sales policy.
